Registration begins at 10am &  the conference begins at 2pm on Monday, September 19th. District Conference will conclude at Noon on Wednesday, September 21st.

A quick look at some “extra” events we are offering at District Conference this year…

Pre-Conference Workshops

Monday from 11am-1:15pm (FREE lunch provided for those who register)

– Making Vision Stick Making Vision Stick: How important is vision in ministry? How do we determine vision, build vision, and keep it from leaking out? Join us as we dig in together to explore some of the key components of ‘making vision stick’.  A mix of small group discussion, large group brainstorming, and presentation. Led by Jeff Miller

– Gospel Saturation of Your Community led by Brian Scott

Monday Night Dinner (FREE dinner provided for those who register)

We’re calling it “Engaging together”. In addition to providing dinner we will be sharing a bit of our vision and objectives for OVD and how you and your church can be a part of it.  It’s free but you have to sign up in advance as a part of your conference registration.

Tuesday Luncheon’s (FREE lunch provided for those who register)

– Heart to Heart Ministry Wives; For the wives of licensed workers. It is not required to attend all of conference to attend this luncheon (drive ins are welcome).  Hosted by Pam Miller and Susan Scott. Speaker is Tammy Classen from Lex City Church.

– Women in Ministry; A luncheon for women who are serving in vocational ministry. Hosted by Meica Campbell.

– Missions Mobilization; For pastors and lay leaders who have a heart for stoking the fires of a missions heartbeat in our churches. Hosted by Jessica McCullough and Katy McKee.
